I was hoping this would be a bit more organized than it turned out to be. It wasn’t terrible, but I expected things to be easier to follow and better put together. For me, it just felt a little too scattered

Ordered from brixleybags.com shipping was quicker than expected. Got the tracking email after about a day, and the bag showed up a few days later. Box looked fine, nothing was damaged or messed up. Giving 4 stars because the tracking didn’t really update much at first, so wasn’t totally sure when it would arrive. Overall though, good experience

I bought a Brixley bag thinking I could just clip on the little things I already use, like my keychain pouch and a couple of my usual clips, but the loops are kind of an odd size. My phone strap didn’t really sit the way I expected either, and my AirPods case was just sort of hanging awkwardly… which I guess I should’ve checked more closely, but still.

The bag itself is fine, and I do like parts of it, but I wasn’t planning on having to buy a bunch of different add-ons just to make it work for my everyday stuff. It’s one of those things where you think it’ll be simple, then suddenly you’re looking at accessories, and anyway, I just wish they were clearer about what actually fits.

I was excited to try these, but once I put them on, the straps felt tighter than I expected. I kept adjusting them hoping they’d settle in, but the overall fit just felt a little off for me. They might work better for someone with a different shape, but they weren’t very comfortable in my case

I had to swap my bag for a different color, and honestly... it was way easier than I expected!! Support got back to me quickly, walked me through everything, and made the whole thing super simple. Really happy with how it all went!!!

I did have one spot that took a little more scrubbing, but nothing too frustrating. I also asked support about care and they basically said to just use a damp cloth and avoid anything harsh, which lined up with what I was already doing. Overall, simple to maintain and works fine for everyday use

The replies took forever, and when someone finally did answer, it was super vague and didn’t really solve anything. I ended up having to figure it out on my own, which was really frustrating. Not a great experience at all.

I got my Brixley bag a few weeks ago and I’ve actually been using it almost every day. So far, I’m really happy with it. The material feels sturdy, the zippers glide smoothly, and the stitching looks clean. It still looks pretty much brand new even after daily use. Actually feels worth it for the quality.

I really do like the bags, but wow, the website made me fight for my life a little. Pages were loading at a snail’s pace, and the menu on my phone felt super clunky. Half the time I had to tap things twice like I was trying to summon it from the void, and the filters didn’t help much either.

Checkout was where the real chaos began. The shipping info part was confusing, and going back to edit anything felt way harder than it needed to be. I almost gave up before placing the order. It’s not the worst site I’ve ever used, but it definitely needs some serious work

Kind of annoying, honestly. Shipping was fine and the bag itself is good, I just wish they had more options available more often.
